Well, I think it’s because we both feel passionate about the business. It’s a pleasure working with someone who is enthusiastic and his personality comes across as someone who is determined to succeed and believes in the small things that go to make up good service.

With us both being “old estate agents” and having moved our self’s it means we can help people through experience and not what has been read in a training manual. We both seem to agree on the basics and believe that as the boss we can panic, worry but more importantly we now have the power to do the job right.

I approached David with the idea of us both leaving the large corporate estate agency world with a vision of setting up a new independent estate agent.

I was keen to find a business partner who like me, was passionate about the business and understood the importance of getting it right.
